The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

La proprietà comprende un ampio terrazzo, ad uso esclusivo, dotato di zona solarium con piscina idromassaggio, gazebo e barbecue. Posto auto privato annesso. Su richiesta, è possibile provare i prodotti a Km0 dell'azienda di famiglia.

Sea and beach is 25 minutes driving away; 30 minutes more inland the Gran Sasso national park can be explored. A private swimming pool of 7,5 x 3,8 m allows for enjoying the tranquility of the Italian country side. The Montefino area is known for it's sparkling views over the Fino Valley. Visit also the typical Italian restaurants.

Abbiamo scelto materiali semplici e poveri...Legno e corda...Li abbiamo cercati, trovati, studiati, trattati ed assemblati..Il risultato: un ambiente allestito con pezzi unici, realizzati da noi!

Ospita fino a sei persone e comprende veranda, ingresso, soggiorno, cucina, due camere e due bagni.
