L'appartamento a piano terra è abitato da me e i miei figli durante le vacanze. La casa e il giardino godono di totale privacy, la zona piscina è in condivisione con noi. In Barzio, just a few kilometres from Milan (50 minutes) and a stone's throw from Lake Como, Chalet in the tranquillity of a park about 600 m from the village centre and less than 1 km from the Piani di Bobbio cable car. !! In the winter period for heating and electricity we will take meter readings, so the cost of heating will be on balance.

Nice cottage, recently renovated, at the feet of mount Grigna, starting point of easy trekkings or more challenging climbings. City of Lecco (10 minuts by car) and other touristics villages of Lake Como are easy accessible by public transport, too. We can speak Italian, English and German.
