Al primo piano ci sono due stanze da letto e una cabina armadio. In casa ci sono 3 bagni, di cui 2 con doccia.

Agli ospiti è fruibile un giardino con lettini e ombrellone dove prendere il sole, pranzare o fare il barbecue. E' possibile depositare le biciclette all'interno della proprietà. A 50 metri dalla casa sono presenti tre parcheggi gratuiti e un negozio di alimentari.
