Appartamento ristrutturato nel 2020 contornato da oliveto e bosco, situato su sentiero escursionistico, parcheggio privato, ampi spazi esterni, vista lago e mare. 1 camera da letto matrimoniale, 1 soggiorno con divano letto, (123x189 cm.) TV, Mac+WiFi portatile, attrezzatura yoga, bagno con doccia, cucina equipaggiata. Zanzariere e climatizzatori. Piscina condivisa (diametro 3,5 m., 120 cm di profondità) nei mesi caldi. Palestra di 9 mq. 200 metri di sterrato in salita per raggiungere la casa.

Le Muricciole: the landscape of the gentle hills

Le Muricciole, is a beautiful apartment recently restored in an old farmer's house on the sunny hills covered with olive orchards. Table,umbrella,armchairs allow to eat outside. It is at about 5 km from Lucca,medieval town, birth place of the opera composer Puccini. You can hike or bike ride on the river park, go to the seaside,only 20km away. You will like this place for the following reasons: light, intimacy, and peace. It is perfect for families, couples, groups, and people who work.

Throughout the summer, Barga comes alive with many typical food fairs, music festivals and art exhibitions. The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. The garden is perfect for dining 'al fresco' and enjoy the view and sound of the bells of its majestic cathedral. Barga is only 40 mins from Lucca, 50 from Pisa and 90 from Florence. Please note there is a 1€ tourist tax per person for the first 3 nights to be paid cash upon arrival.

Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. La casetta degli ospiti è sul fondo del nostro giardino. Ha un'entrata e una terrazza privata, è completamente autosufficiente. E' circondata da alberi da frutto, olivi, pini e molti fiori. Il luogo è silenzioso, adiacente alla vigna ed al bosco. Si possono fare belle passeggiate. La bellissima città di Lucca dista 3km. The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.
