Terrazza a tasca vivibile per mangiare, prendere sole e aperitivi. Box auto, aria condizionata,lavatrice, biancheria, lavastoviglie ecc.

Appartamento completamente restaurato ,accogliente e confortevole a 100m dal mare sulla passeggiata di Viareggio, vicino a negozi di moda, ristoranti, locali e piccolo supermercato. Situato all' interno del circuito del carnevale, per cui non e' necessario acquistare i biglietti. 15 min a piedi dalla stazione. Ogni 30 min treni per Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Siena e le incantevoli Cinque Terre. Caldo di inverno e fresco d'estate. Vi si accede con un ingresso privato attraverso un piccolo giardino.
