E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Nel caso l' alloggio venga prenotato da un numero di persone pari a 3 o inferiore, verranno messe a disposizione 2 camere da letto e un solo bagno.

Attraversando la strada c'è un bellissimo giardino condominiale recintato, con accesso tramite una scaletta a una spiaggia privata. Vi è anche a disposizione degli ospiti una darsena privata e chiusa per piccole imbarcazioni.
