The b&b is located in the municipality of Siniscola, on the northwestern coast of Sardinia. Built in the early seventies in the classical "Costa Smeralda" style, the villa that houses the b&b has recently been refurbished. The B&B is located in quiet area on the hillside overlooking the beautiful white sand beach of Sa Petra Ruja, between the tourist harbour of La Caletta and the quaint fishing village of Santa Lucia, only a short distance from some of the finest beaches in the Mediterranean. Because of its convenient location the B&B is an ideal starting point for excursions into the interior and for reaching some of the most beautiful and pristine beaches of the entire Mediterranean Sea. The B&B is easily accessible from all cities, ports and airports in Sardinia through the 131 freeway, a four-lane highway that connects Olbia to Nuoro, or through the SS (State road) 125. All rooms have a private bathroom, an independent entrance and access to a terrace overlooking the sea. Guests have access to a sunbathing terrace and a florid garden with Mediterranean vegetation, flowers and fruit trees, ideal for relaxing and regenerating while listening to the quite sounds of nature. Guests have also access to outdoor showers. All rooms are equipped with double or twin beds and can accommodate a third bed or cot. Breakfast is served in an ample panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and consists mainly of homemade local and organic products. Figs, apricots and plum jams are prepared with fruit harvested from the garden. Espresso, barley coffee, American or decaf, milk, tea, herbal teas, fruit juices, bread, toast, cakes, pies, butter, yogurt, muesli, cornflakes, fresh fruit, biscuits and Sardinian sweets will be available. Breakfast time will be agreed with the guests. Upon request we can serve a special breakfast (eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, etc.) and gluten-free products. Check-in: 12, check out: 10,30.

Una volta qui apprezzerete il comfort della piccola dependance, la pace della zona relax esterna, con tavoli e amaca sotto l'ulivo, il parcheggio adiacente, i profumi della natura e le stelle la notte. Ci sono anche il Wi-Fi, Netflix e i libri.

Il B&B é al centro di Bitti in una antica casa della metà dell’800. Ad accogliervi c’è Giuseppina, che vi accompagna all’interno dell’atmosfera intima e tranquilla della casa. Le camere, arricchite con affreschi che si ispirano all’abito e ai gioielli della tradizione, hanno riscaldamento, aria condizionata e bagno. Fresche e silenziose per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Al mattino nel grazioso cortile interno, gusterete una ricca colazione all’italiana con torte fatte in casa.

The structure comes from a refurbishment of a typical ancient court house, a good example of Sardinian tradition, while preserving the rustic traits that characterized it. The room has a private entrance from the courtyard. It is present in the lobby, a bar / refreshment for the guests.
