In a parc of 12 hectares of land which has 900 olive trees, we propose for rental a large and elegant villa which is ideal for up to 26 persons (7 bedrooms, plus a library room and 2 living rooms which can be used as bedrooms). There are 7 bathrooms. The villa has a tennis and a pool which is however closed in winter. It is located at 5 mn from the city center of Fano. Thank you ! On a side section of the villa, the appartement of the house manager who however ensures highest privacy of guests.

Questa piccola ma confortevole casa, si trova in mezzo alle colline marchigiane, intorno al giardino della casa passa la strada provinciale per Corinaldo, bellissimo borgo che dista circa due km e di giorno può essere raggiunto anche a piedi. La casa è circondata da un grande giardino con siepe. La casetta si trova a pochi km dalla famosa spiaggia di Senigallia.
