È un monolocale piano terra appena ristrutturato con cucina e bagno privato. la Cucina é completa di forno a microonde, frigo, piano ad induzione, macchina per il caffé Nespresso (capsule) e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare e mangiare il proprio piatto preferito. É molto importante sapere che il soffitto del bagno da oltre 3 metri di altezza scende fino ad un'altezza di 1.90 nella zona dei sanitari e che per accedervi bisogna passare all'interno della moderna doccia.
