Dista 1200mt dalla spiaggia,da bar ristoranti e altri servizi,facilmente raggiungibili in bici.

The house is placed 5 kilometers away from the closest town, Portoscuso. There is a private entrance with relative parking secured by the main gate. The pool is in operation 24/7, laundry and kitchen at the guests disposal. Two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. A large bathroom with 2 basins, toilet bowl, shower, bidet and jacuzzi bath. All the equipment is necessary to cook available in the house. Wi-fi is available. TV and radio available.

Di recente costruzione e dotata di tutti i comfort, è l'ideale per chi cerca un alloggio comodo che garantisca privacy e intimità. Località vicine raggiungibili in auto: - Teulada, 30 min. ad Ovest; - Chia e Pula a circa 15 e 20 minuti ad Est.

Affittiamo appartamento di 85mq nel bellissimo e tranquillo paesino di Nebida (CI). La casa ha una cucina super accessoriata con lavastoviglie, una piccola sala da pranzo, un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, 2 camere da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali, un balcone con tavolino per poter cenare o pranzare all'aperto con una vista mare mozzafiato + barbecue a portata di mano. La sala da pranzo ed una camera da letto sono climatizzate. La spiaggia di Masua e Portu Cauli distano ca. 5min.

I posti letto sono 4; due nella camera da letto, posizionata nel soppalco e due in uno spazioso divano letto dotato di comodo materasso su doghe in legno, situato nella zona giorno. Siamo in una posizione strategica, dalla quale si possono raggiungere le più belle località balneari e archeologiche del Sulcis. Ideale per gli amanti del surf, kite e wind surf

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

It has a terrace and a barbecue. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.
