The Cottage is in the garden of Villa Maria, a 1920's villa restored in 1990, located in front of the beach of Reno di Leggiuno. Today, Villa Maria is divided into four duplex apartments, Villa Maria 1, Villa Maria 2, Villa Maria 3, Villa Maria 4 and this fully independent, cosy cottage. The Villa belongs to the most important historical buildings of Lake Orta. This loft is inside the second floor , has one big sleeping rooms and 2 bathrooms. Inside the big loft is a kitchen, a 65"TV with a SPST5 . There is a stunning view of Lake Orta, Monte Rosa. A public beach can be reached in 10min. by feet.
