Agriturismo Le Spighe is a B&B located in a strategic location to visit so many interesting places in central Italy: Rome, Siena, Orvieto, Assisi, Florence, mountain, lake and mediterrean Sea can be reached in about 1 hour. Our location, in the middle of Tuscan countryside, offers the possibility of hiking, biking and horseback riding, enjoying the Fonteverde Spa or relax in the Internal garden in a calm and ancestral atmosphere. Agriturismo is part of a family farm that can offer you the possibility to enjoy country life, exploring agricoltural themes and also harvest and eat biological products such as Saffron, blackberries, raspberries, asparagus, cherries, walnuts, corn and many others. As we mentioned breakfast, we mean thet into the cottage you're going to find all the essential to prepare thje breakfast by yourself: coffee, milk, tea and bread. There are 4 cottages for a total of 6 apartments (on two AIRBNB listings): 1- San Giustino: 2 Apartments each one is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 2- San Giuseppe: 1 Apartments composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 3- Vigneti-Rosa: 2 Apartments each one is composed by bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 4- Fienile: 1 Apartments composed by 1 bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The house has an independent entrace, two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and a large living room with full kitchen. Large terrace with table and chairs where you can eat comfortably while enjoying a suggestive panoramic view of the surroundings. Outside a relaxing garden with swimming pool, games for children and fitness tools. Max 6 people.

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

My home will thrill you for the outdoor spaces, the light, the furnishings, the kitchen, the size of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. My accommodation is suitable for couples, groups of friends, families.

Totale immersione nel verde, tra le colline umbre, ideale per il relax e il contatto con la natura. Poco distante ci sono piccoli borghi come Ficulle e Città della Pieve e la città di Orvieto. L’appartamento dispone di un ampia camera da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto a due piazze, un bagno con doccia e una cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno, frigorifero e tutte le stoviglie necessarie per apparecchiare e cucinare. Pulizie finali e tutta la biancheria sono compresi nel prezzo.

La villa e' circondata da 6000 mq di terreno interamente recintato e dispone di una grande piscina.E' composta da ampia cucina abitabile completamente attrezzata, grande salone con camino con TV 75 pollici 4k satellitare, netflix,ampio ingresso, 5 stanze da letto di cui 4 matrimoniali e una singola, due bagni, ampi terrazzi che danno direttamente sul parco. La villa dispone di ampi spazi e di tutti i comfort. Il prezzo include tutte le utenze, adsl illimitato gratuito, legna per il camino.

Luminoso e confortevole appartamento in Villa a soli 30 minuti da Roma, in zona residenziale collinare, con vista sulla campagna circostante.L'appartamento è al piano terra di una Villa con ingresso indipendente, parcheggio interno e ampio giardino;può ospitare fino a quattro persone, ha una camera da letto,un bagno,angolo cottura fornito di utensili, frigorifero, forno,microonde e zona living con wifi, tv, due poltrone reclinabili, un grande tavolo da pranzo e un divano letto matrimoniale.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

I offer space with independ entrance on the first floor of the villa, only 150m from the first shops or caffe in a very quiet street, with: kitchenette, bathroom with small bathtub, huge fireplace. 12km from the thermal hot springs of Saturnia, 25km from the sea, 50km from Mount Amiata. Under request i can organise transfer and local guide. In the upper floor of the house I'm living with my family. We speak English, French, Italian, Russian. max capacity 4 people + 1 pet

Piccolo appartamento nel cuore del centro storico di Vignanello, con affaccio panoramico sui Monti Cimini. Collocato al piano -1 di una struttura risalente al '700, è caratterizzato da soffitti a volta che, insieme al grande camino e agli stipiti in pietra, rendono l'ambiente accogliente ed elegante. E' costituito da una camera con letto matrimoniale, una cucina attrezzata ed un piccolo bagno. Ideale come punto d'appoggio per esplorare le meraviglie della Tuscia.

Il cottage ristrutturato in tufo, immerso nel verde, è situato al crocevia tra Umbria, Lazio e Toscana, a pochi minuti dal lago di Bolsena e a circa un'ora dal mare. A poco più di mezz'ora d'auto ci sono i più famosi stabilimenti termali d'Italia, come Saturnia, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, Sorano e le Terme dei Papi a Viterbo, ideali anche in pieno inverno. Per turismo culturale e riposo.
