Turismo de Interior TI / 181 license. Located in a building from the early 19th century. The apartment and building were renovated in 2018 (facilities, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, doors, furniture...). It is decorated, equipped and furnished with special care and using top quality materials. Laundry room on the ground floor of the building. The apartment can be on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor. There is no elevator. A passport or similar will be required for check-in.

Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.
