This lovely home has 2 floors, and upstairs it has 1 bedroom with a queen bad, a bathroom with a large shower, 2 twin beads in the common area, a kitchen, big deck. It has an apartment downstairs with a king size and full bathroom with a nice shower. The apartment has A/C. The apartment can be included in the reservation FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE if you party requires more than 3 beds.

Beach House at Pieza Paraiso

This beachfront house is located on Matapalo Beach and overlooks Cabo Matapalo's world class right hand point break. This is one of the few homes in the area with a refreshing ocean breeze as well as scarlet macaws and sloths who frequent surrounding almond trees. Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles are also commonly sighted from Matapalo beach. Please note that due to rough waves and rocky coastline Matapalo Beach is not ideal for swimming.
