There is hot water in shower. Large outdoor shower room with rain and regular shower heads. Ac in room is super cold. Queen bed with foam mattress Owner lives full time on property for any needs. The entrance is private and parking is right in front of the apartment. It's located in Villa Borinquen, a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk from the ferry station and surf breaks.
