It is surrounded by 10.000 m2 private land filled with botanical plants and trees, with beautiful view, if you're lucky you can see dolphins from the porch! The villa features a large seaside terrace with lounge beds and hammocks were you can relax overlooking the sea enjoying completely in the private atmosphere with you family or friends.

Casa Luce is an isolated retreat with a private yard and pool. Unwind away from noise and prying eyes in the heart of Istria, surrounded by peace, nature, and greenery. Located in the village of Karnevali, the house is less than 10 minutes by car from closest town Žminj, and 30 minutes from the nearest beach. Wake up to the sound of roosters crowing, and during the day, you may see goats, cows, and donkeys greeting you from the other side of the fence.

Villa Sarita is designed and built (2008-2010), with natural materials, brick, natural white stone, oak and Terracota of Istria, which were processed in a classical way. The villa covers an area of 350 m2 of living space (interior of 200m2, 150m2 terrace) and 2,000 m2 of space in the yard where is a little forest of oaks. Ground floor flat is functionally designed with all the necessary space for 8-10 people.

In quiet village of Valtura you can find our house with garden and parking place. It is situated 10km from Pula, only 4km from Pula airport and less then 10km from the beach in Šišan. If you want to relax, surrounded with local people in a small village just outside Pula, you're welcome to be our guests.
