You will not find a better view of Lake Cumberland! Newly renovated 2022!! Previously our family home, we cherish this property. We ask anyone renting to respect the neighbors and home as we have. The Lakeview Blue House is within walking distance of Lake Cumberland, several restaurants, gas stations and a liquor store. There is a seasonally open public boat ramp directly over the hill from the home and many others including Waitsboro, Burnside Marina and Burnside Island State Park/ ramp nearby.

The Cozy Lake Cottage

This cozy cottage is tucked away in a peaceful wooded area, giving you the privacy you crave while being just minutes from beautiful Lake Cumberland. You're only about five minutes from Conley Bottom, and there are two other docks just a short drive away. Take nature walks and you might spot deer and other friendly wildlife. In the evenings, enjoy sitting around the campfire! The driveway is long enough for your boat and vehicle. Enjoy a perfect mix of comfort and nature in this lovely getaway!

Extra car or boat parking on side of house. Enjoy the front and back porch or go down to the beach just a half mile down the road and swim or launch your boat at Jabez Landing.

This cozy a-frame is located in the lakeside neighborhood of Echo Point, on Cumberland’s South Fork. Swim or fish off the dock, bring a paddle board, or drop a boat in at the nearby ramp. Relax on the deck with rock wall views and towering trees. Perfect for a couple or a small family get away. Walk to water/dock via a rustic path and stairs (it’s a steep climb!) *Not ideal for people with mobility constraints.* Stores & restaurants are 15 min drive. Dogs (2 max) welcome for add'l fee.

Burnside Bungalow, w/ dock, pool & firepit

Enjoy lawn games, S’mores at the fire pit, and the lower level game and bunk room. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
