Centrally located to Camp Lejeune, MCAS, restaurants, shopping and beaches - 25 miles either north or south of Jacksonville. Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.

Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. The “Lemon Tree” is located inside Tinyville, and boasts a tiny essential living experience amongst nature and wildlife. Drive right up to your tiny home and park outside it for a very convenient stay. This tiny home has a coffee machine and an outdoor grill, we do not offer an inside cooking area right now but we do have a sink and counter space to prepare your food for the grill.
