It is an Independent Floor in our house with Drawing Dining,Kitchen,Bed room, with the facility of a Naturopath Doctor and Therapist available at First floor for Minor ailments. All the basic amenities are available very near to our house and at a walking distance. We give preference to Guests with "Same Gender", Families & married couples if from Indian Origin but for foreign nationals we are flexible to some extent if you provide us the copy of Visa and Passports. Electric Cycle is available.

Room has: King sized bed with medicated mattresses; A study table with chair; Steel wardrobe and 2 seat sofa. Split AC unit is fitted (charged Rs.250 for 10 hours of night). Bathroom is private but not attached. Hot water through Water geyser. Guests can enjoy shared balcony and airy terrace at the top. Note: All meals are charged extra from room's booking price.

Large bedroom (216 sq.ft) with 2 single beds + medicated mattress, 6 seat sofa, Smart LED TV + Paid OTT channels, Steel wardrobe, Ceiling fans and Split AC unit (charged extra at Rs.250/10 hours night). Easily accommodates 2 adults max. Bathroom is next door with water geyser for hot water. IMPORTANT NOTES FOR GUESTS : 1. ONLY FOR NRI + LEGALLY MARRIED COUPLE. 2. ONE GUEST MUST BE A MALE TO BOOK. 3. Trust me; you would want to stay on the terrace if you are into stargazing. The property is easily accessible by car, the bus stop is 10min walk away. You can stay in a quiet little village away from all the city noise and visit all the main cities(Dharamshala, Palampur Baijnath) in no time.
