La urbanización es nueva,recién terminada , con tres piscinas, una de ellas para los niños, y jacuzzi. Se encuentra en la primera linea del mar con espectaculares vistas del amanecer y atardecer . Las dos playas , la de PUNTA PRIMA Y CALA FERRIS se encuentran a poca distancia. Tiendas, bares, restaurantes también están a poca distancia.

Completely renovated seaside apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice balcony with a dining corner and sun loungers. Just a few meters from the sandy beach of Punta Prima, the apartment is located in a very quiet and relaxing location, next to a promenade and a coastal path that connects it to the neighboring city of Torrevieja. It is very close to many quality restaurants and shopping areas, just a few minutes walk away.
