We are right across the street from the beautiful Sandy beach, breathtaking beach views, restaurants, mini market, surfboard rentals, beach front yoga classes and more. The Doghouse is what we tenderly call this cozy and beautiful studio right next to the main building.

The house is nestled in the rolling hills of Puntas, Rincon. Less than a five minutes car ride to the beach, Rincon’s night scene, restaurants, and convenience stores. The property is located in a cul-de sac, in a quiet and upscale neighborhood WiFi. We have a back-up generator and back up water tank.
