Delightful cottage in idyllic New Forest setting

Minutes from the coast, with direct access to miles of walks and cycle routes on to the New Forest, Mallards is a charming one bedroom detached cob cottage set in the large garden of our family home. An ideal place to unwind and relax, it is set away from from the rest of the property so guests can enjoy their privacy, but we are hear to help if needed. Clean and very comfortable the cottage is full of charm and has a private patio area with views over the garden and open countryside beyond.

Ryans Cabin

A unique attractive open plan Cabin for guests looking for a relaxing get away to the beautiful New Forest. The Cabin is located in the grounds of Ryans Cottage, in the middle of Bramshaw. The surroundings offer natural woods and trails, where you will have endless walks and cycle rides throughout some of England's most stunning countryside. A wonderful habitat for birds, deer, ponies and donkeys. There are many local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops for those valuable lunches and evening meals.

Situated in SOMERTON, Somerset, our simple, spacious 4 bedroom self catering property sleeps 7+ 2 airbeds. Great value at £37 pp when 6 or more book A Life skills training venue*, it has everything you'll need, with a huge well stocked kitchen and breakfast pack. Close to M5 and A303, an easy drive to the West and South coastlines. Our neighbours are important to us, so we respectfully have a NO NOISE policy after 11pm. Oak Lodge - Headlands farm

Oak Lodge is our largest Lakeside Lodge perfect for families of 4, couples wanting that extra bit of space or mixed groups. The outside decking (child friendly!) is simply fantastic, floating high above our lakes with stunning views across the water and beyond... you won’t want to go inside! With open plan kitchen, diner & lounge and patio doors to the decking area, it’s a fantastic communal space. The fire pit / bar-b-que and lawn area is also just out the front ready to go!

The Quack Shack

BREAKFAST INCLUDED Lovely shack at the bottom of our private garden with views over nature reserve and onwards to the River Avon - own private entrance. 10 minute walk to Ringwood town centre and it's array of eateries, pubs and shops. The shack has a comfy double bed, wardrobe, shower and toilet and comes equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Breakfast is delivered and consists of cereals, croissants, yoghurts, bread, jam & marmalade, fruit, water & fresh milk
