Kukuaru 4 väikest majakest asetsevad Pedja jõe kaldal, maagilise vaatega jõele. Kaks maja on ühenduses omavahel suure terrassiga kus saab nautida jõevaadet Siin saab eriliselt puhata loodusega käsikäes. Meil on saun ja ujumisvõimalus. Paadisõit, jalgrattad hinnas. Meil on välikäimla Erilise auraga puhkus Grillimisvõimalus ja lõkke tegemine. Maitsev hommikusöök ettetellimisel lisatasu eest. Lemmikloomad lubatud lisatasu eest Kiire WI-FI. Jalgrattad hinnas. Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
