Magic Mountain Cottage: family- & dog-friendly

There is nowhere quite as magical as this: an historic, creaky cottage, at the end of a farmers track below Cader Idris. It's a back-in-time experience, with wooden beams and antique furniture, owned by the same family for over 60 years. Please read all the details carefully before you book. It’s remote both in location and from modern life. You have space, fresh air and tranquillity. It's comfortable but nothing fancy. No TV or wifi, but a woodburner, books and massive views behind the cottage.

Lower ground floor is a spacious kitchen diner with french doors out to the enclosed courtyard. Ground floor includes a shower room, sitting room & playroom with a range of games/toys/PlayStation and smart TVs. 1st floor has a king (TV) & double bedroom. 2nd floor has bunkbed, double bedroom (TV) & house bathroom.

Borth is a quiet location, With a sandy beach - and lots of amenities in the village With pubs cafes And a 2 minute walk to train station. We have a lovely cinema with a wonderful restaurant, Good surfing with surfing lessons available and Kayak hire at Borth beach - Ynyslas 1.5 miles away has drive on beach with sand dunes Also coastal /River walks There is also a golf course a short walkaway. Our cottage is situated on the Great Orme, Llandudno. The views are simply stunning: overlooking Conwy bay along the coast to Anglesey. It is situated on a quiet, child friendly road, with easy access to the pathways that go round the entire peninsula. There are plenty of activities nearby for all: the historic pier, cable cars, golf courses, restaurants & beaches. Slightly further afield you’ll find yourself in an excellent location to explore: historic Conwy, Snowdonia and Anglesey
