Perfectly located just a short walk from the town centre, harbour, beaches and the famous Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland steam railways. Snowdonia National Park is only 10 minutes away and the beautiful Italian-style village of Portmeirion is close by. Enjoy stunning views from the balcony out towards Harlech castle and the mountains. A great base to explore North Wales.

Moel y Don Cottage

Moel y Don is a stunning cottage situated on the water's edge looking out across the Menai Strait. It's a perfect, remote peaceful escape. We are located just 5 minutes away from the A55 making us a perfect hub from which to explore the delights of both Anglesey and Snowdonia. Also located on the famous coastal path of Anglesey. Discover hidden treasures as breakfast bar becomes chess board and embrace a booklovers dream by curling up amongst the pages in the cosy reading nook by the wood burning stove.

This luxury top floor apartment is situated just 30m from the beach on a no through road. The flat includes:- Lounge with 2 double settees (one converts to a full size double bed), 32' smart TV. Large Kitchen with all amenities inc dishwasher and a washing machine. Both with sea views. Beautiful front bedroom with a king size bed and sea views & a back bedroom with two single beds, and mountain views. The bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms. Hand towels and bed linen are provided.

The cottage is on the bank of the Caseg river and surrounded by a quiet garden, providing an excellent retreat, while only 5 minutes walk from the amenities of the local village Bethesda. Take a local walk in the Ogwen valley, to Zip World or access climbing, walking, mountain biking and kayaking activities in Snowdonia directly from the cottage. A relaxing evening soak in the hot tub can be recommended.

Shops, restaurants and pubs are all within a 15-minute walk. 5-minute walk to golf course/ Leisure centre. Sorry no children under 8yrs. due to steep stairs within the apartment (health and safety)

Look out for views of Cnicht, Yr Wyddfa, the kingfisher and the Osprey

You have total privacy with no passing traffic. Peace & quiet, wildlife and wonderful walks all at your doorstep. Watch stunning sunsets over the bay and sunrises over Snowdon. The name Bryn Goleu means mountain light. One small/medium dog is welcome by mutual agreement, but please let us know
