Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Bel Tramonto Luxurious Rustic Elegance

Bel Tramonto is Italian for "beautiful sunset" and there are plenty of those on offer at this peaceful and private rural retreat. Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

Country Bliss Couples Oasis with swimming pool

Situated in early Pyes Pa, a peaceful rural setting 3km from town. Easy access, private and spacious studio set up with all of the modern amenities for a couples relaxing get away. Private tropical courtyard with chiminea, sunset deck overlooking hills and country. Plenty of safe parking for trailers, bikes, boats, campervans. Salt water swimming pool available, shared with hosts, but all privacy given. Conveniently located off Tauranga direct road from Rotorua for those travelling through.

Sweet Retreat

This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Continental breakfast is included. Uber Eats also delivers!

Luxury Lakes Airbnb.

This new studio apartment has everything needed for a great stay. You will have your own private access, are within walking distance to The Crossing Shopping Centre, and beautiful parks and lakes. Here is your space to unwind and relax with your own luxury bathroom only a short drive from the Tauranga CBD. This guest suite includes; a queen sized bed, fully tiled bathroom, lounge area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Ample secure off street parking available. Breakfast is not provided.

Laneway cottage

At Laneway cottage you will be woken by birdsong rather than traffic noise. Enjoy the expansive view with your morning coffee. Then rest, work from home quietly on your laptop, or take a 5min walk down the lane to the reserve and river. Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area. While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.

River View Escape close to Mount Maunganui & shops

Luxury boutique guest house with King Size Bed and an amazing views of the Wairoa River and Kaimai Ranges. Suitable singles, couples and business. Hosts are fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and require guests to be similarity vaccinated as a condition of any booking. The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.
