The house is an old renovated traditional samian house located in a quiet neighborhood literaly at the center of Pythagorio just beside an 18th century castle and church. The port is only 50 meters away where restaurants, cafeterias and bars can be found all over. Airport is only 2 Km away. Wonderful beaches are accessible within walking distance.The house is ideal for families, couples as well as people who want to have holidays and work in the same time. Public transportation is regular daily.

The Main House is the largest of the three independent homes at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Our cosy and newly renovated studio is located directly in the picturesque harbour of Pythagorion. Its prime location offers breathtaking views over the boulevard, the harbour and the Aegean Sea, all the way to the coast of Turkey. In the harbour you will find many restaurants and cosy cafes to choose from. Shops are located just a short stroll from the studio, as are some beaches and archaeological sites. The airport is only 3 km away, so start enjoying Samos only minutes after you arrive!

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Spiti Mou

Centraal gelegen in Kokkari op steenworp afstand van de gezellige terrassen, het strand en het pittoreske haventje. Het is een volledig gerenoveerd traditioneel Grieks huisje met een buitenterras aan de voordeur in een gezellig straatje. Op de benedenverdieping bevindt zich de separate toiletruimte met wasmachine, de slaapkamer en de ruime badkamer met inloopdouche. Op de bovenverdieping is de volledig ingerichte keuken, het lounge gedeelte met slaapbank en een dakterras.

Balcony on the sea

A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
