Access to the gondola and Independence super chair lift are just outside the door. Hop on the gondola and you are one quick stop from the base of peak 8 or take a short gondola ride in to town to shop or dine. Pool and Bowling Alley etc. are located at One Ski Hill Lodge. Freshly remodeled in a hip modern mountain style, our condo is in the heart of Breck. Wake up to views of the sun hitting the ski area. Gear up walk about a block across Main Street and to the gondola. At the end of the day, come home to the comfy couch (which also converts to a bed), watch a movie on the smartTV and cook up a full meal or hit one of the nearby restaurants. At the end of the night, the comfy King bed will leave you ready for your next day of adventure.

The building is older, but it has great amenities like one garage parking space, a private balcony, and a shared hot tub. Mi Casa (best happy hour in Breck) and a ski/bike shop are located in the building. **The fireplace is closed and not available for use after 4/1/2025**
