Experience the local Britain Hill Vineyard,coffee,and ice cream shops nearby. The charming city of Lancaster with its many authentic restaurants is only a 20 minute drive. The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Kick back and relax in this handicap accessible, clean and stylish country charm efficiency apartment, complete with two outdoor seating spaces, walking paths and beautiful scenery located in rural southern Lancaster County. The area is surrounded by country and Amish charm with nearby hiking trails, while a 30 minute drive will have you in downtown historic Lancaster City where you can stroll, shop and on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday visit the historic Central Market.

Come and relax in our cozy, cottage style home with its own private entrance, surrounded by working Amish farms, just outside of town. This historic building was used as a Wash House when the building next door functioned as a Tavern. A short 15 minute drive to Historic Strasburg, Sight and Sound Theater, Antique Shopping, and more! Hiking Trails close by include Enola Low Grade Rail Trail, Pinnacle Point, Muddy Run Park, and Sickman's Mill.
