L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

High ceilings in the living room, and a private closed bedroom upstairs. Confortable furnished, views on greenery. Walking around is so easy : The Abesses district, shops, restaurants, the subway 12 and 2, only a 1mn walk away . A perfect central place to rest after exploring Paris!

My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

1 bedroom 6th floor (with elevator), on avenue Trudaine at the heart of the 9eme arrondissement (numerous shops - food, clothing, bars and restaurants) and the trendy area Martyr / Trudaine. This appartment comprises one bedroom, one salon with US kitchen, one bathroom with WC as well as a small balcony with a terrific view over the Eiffel Tower. The appartment is carefully cleaned after each visit in accordance with Airbnb Covid guidelines and instructions.
