Our home is in "Las Gaviotas" gated community and sits atop a hill on an acre+ of land. Fully furnished 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, breakfast counter, dining area, living room, and spacious balcony with an unhindered view of the sea and marina. Sleeps 2 adults, 4 children; however, can accommodate 6 adults. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.
