lovely condo in a gate community. Basketball court, and a playground for family fun and activities other activities such as Ferry (10 min ride away) trip to Culebra and Vieques, . Quiet and seren, this property is well situated for relaxation yet close to attractions such as El Yunque (rain forest), Las Croabas bioluminescent lagoon, and lovely beach of Luquillo. Beautifully finished, 2 bedroom, onefull-size bed and one queen size bed, one full-size bathroom, Wifi available, Nexflex, equipped kitchen w utensils, pots,pans. small appliances, microwave, and covered parking for two cars, walking distance to supermarket, 99cent store, pizza,Burger King,Kentucky Fried chicken, Extra Chinese restaurant, Puerto Rican and Mexican restaurants, Subway and Walgreen, a gas station , and a gym (Golds Gym) you can join for 5.00 per day.

Seven Seas Beach, Bio Bay and a total of four marinas that are in this town are less than 10 minutes away. Restaurants and shopping plaza's are less than a 5 minute drive in any direction. Fajardo is 40 minutes to San Juan airport and metro area, 20 minutes to El Yunque rain forest and less than 10 Minutes to catch the ferry to Culebra and Vieques.

Beautiful fully furnished private house for 5 people, air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, closed carport for 2 cars, gas BBQ, outdoor patio, Smart TV, Netflix, Wifi, Refrigerator, Washer, dryer, stove, microwave, kitchen utensils. Chairs, towels and beach cooler, first aid kit, blower. PLEASE NOTE: Handle gently our home this way our home will be always available for your return. Sorry our house is not qualified for wheelchairs, as showed in the pictures there are many areas that have steps.

Our cozy shack is located near Seven Seas Beach (like 12min.), Rooselvet Roads Naval Base (15 min.), Vieques and Culebras Island Ferry Port (we can help you purchase tickets in advance and transportation) Luquillo, s Kioskos and Beach, El Yunque and Zipline (20 minutos) and Old San Juan (50min.) Our apartment is within a complex composed of 3 pools, half a basketball court, jungle gym and is a gate community with adequate security.
