Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Washademoak Lake House

Bring the whole family to this amazing and private Cottage on 1.5 acres of waterfront property on the popular Washademoak Lake. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy the sunrise from the spacious wrap around deck. Kayak or paddle board the calm waters in the cove, swim out to the raft, or dock your boat on 200 feet of water front. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor with a King-sized bed. Two more bedrooms with double beds are upstairs along with another bath and a double futon sofa.

A beautiful one bedroom cottage along the salmon river . Located only 5 minutes from the centre of town but nestled in the trees making it feel like you’re miles away. All modern amenities and appliances in the cottage. Fish from the dock , go kayaking or just enjoy the quiet we’re here to make sure you enjoy all the grand lake area has to offer. The upstairs loft features a king bed with plenty of space for storage . Our kitchen offers full size appliances as well as laundry facilities.
