This is the perfect place to relax, drink coffee or a glass of wine while feeling like you're inside a live tree. Furnished with 2 hidden bedrooms, 1 bath, a large sitting room and a full kitchen. Easy access to restaurants, liquor stores, a pharmacy, Tim Hortons, a 9 hole golf course, pickleball court, a boat launch, bicycles, sunrises, snowmobile and ATV trails and much more.

Located just outside of St Martins and the Fundy Trail Parkway, you’ll find everything you need with us after a day spent hiking, riding ATV trails, floating in the lake and exploring the Fundy Coast. Newly renovated with modern amenities and cozy touches, this is the perfect place to relax away from it all!

Gorgeous River views from any area, inside and out of this cozy, simple, studio cabin, steps away from a covered bridge. A comfortable space to day-trip from or to stay and appreciate time in nature at one of the most popular destinations to kayak in New Brunswick! Kayaks/Canoes/Paddleboards are on site for our guests to enjoy! 10 minutes from shops and restaurants in local Hampton or Quispamsis, 20 minutes to Saint John. And 40 minutes from coastal St.Martin’s and the scenic Fundy Trail.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Waterfront Cottage- Sunrise Cove

Relax with the whole family or as a couple at this peaceful location. This cottage on a large lot with 200 ft of waterfront offers lots of privacy as it is well off the road. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck looking out over the beautiful Belleisle bay, and wind down with family or friends by the bonfire. This cottage is available to enjoy in all 4 seasons, with each season offering different activities, from swimming and kayaking in summer to snowshoeing and ice fishing in winter.
