Small home, big memories. Our family has made many memories at this unique and family-friendly lakefront cottage. From morning breakfast on the deck, afternoon swimming off the docks to roasting smores at the fire pit, and star gazing on the boat house. This is our escape that we wish to share with you. This Cozy Cabin is the perfect place to getaway! Set on 80 Acres of beautiful grasslands & woods with trails to explore! Close to NY & VT Hiking/Ski Mountains & SPAC. Only 30 mins to Saratoga Springs Race Track & Lake George! Bring your snowshoes in the Winter to explore the 80 acre property. Queen size bed upstairs & a pullout full size bed in the living room. Reconnect with nature with a good forest bath! Well water not potable & has a sulfur smell due to the clay. Drinking water provided.

The Garden Cottage

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, Owner is a Realtor

Saratoga Carriage House

Beautiful sunny carriage house on Saratoga's historic east side,with brick floors on the first floor, 4 skylight windows on the second floor . Stained glass windows, tons of wonderful character. Great entertainment space on the first floor. Brand new shower. Walking distance to downtown! On a side note, our garden was featured on This Old House season 43 episode 30. It’s a great season to watch if you want to learn some history and information about our wonderful city of Saratoga!

The post and beam structure is private and quiet as it is distanced from my family home .
