Come and cosy up in our cute Farmhouse Cottage. We are located in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland town of Cooran. Spend the night stargazing or warming up around the fire and wake up looking over the rolling green hills. We have cows, chickens and ducks on our property. We also have a large dam with kayaks that you are welcome to take out for a paddle. There are native birds, turtles, fish and eels in the dam. We are located very close to the Noosa Trail network and many other points of interest.

This serene location enables you to listen to abundant bird calls and watch the native animals without disturbing them. The chalet offers private and uninterrupted views of the surrounding area. The couple's cabin is one of three close-knit pavilions at The Bower, rustique rainforest retreat; a tiny hamlet only 10 minutes drive from Maleny and 20 minutes to Woodfordia. Relax in front of the warm wood burning fireplace, enjoy the abundant bird life from your private deck, soak in the antique clawfoot bath, and lose yourself in the celestial clerestory views. Retreat to your private, cozy, hand built rustic stone cottage with modern conveniences. Nestled in the foothills of the Blackall Ranges on a 15 acre hobby farm. Close proximity to all the wonders of the Sunshine Coast. Your days can be filled with activities and your nights blanketed in stars relaxing next to the fire, drink in hand. We think you will love your stay and leave feeling recharged and inspired. Tea, Nespresso coffee, milk and sugar, basic toiletries and toilet paper provided.

The Rustic Greenhouse: breakfast and wood provided

A character filled studio attached to the family home with its own entrance. Enjoy the plant filled space while you enjoy a breakfast of fresh bread, eggs from our chickens, cereal, condiments & coffee. At night light the fireplace with the wood provided & soak in the large tub. Take the picnic basket & rug provided, & explore the Mountain. We are located on the Main Road leading into Gallery Walk. If you are sensitive to road noise we might not be the perfect place for you.

Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

The cabin is located on 20 000 acres which is home to organic beef cattle - you may be lucky to spot some cattle or horses.
