Warm & cosy corner unit in the highly sought after Alpine Village Apartments. Beautiful views of the lake & mountains. Spacious living room with comfortable sofa bed. Unlimited fibre internet and Chromecast for those rainy days. Please let us know if you need the sofa bed or portacot set up when you make your booking. There is a $55 one off fee to cover the cost of the linen for the sofa bed if your booking is for 2 people only. No extra charge for linen when booking for 3 guests.

We are just 3km from the airport, Remarkables Park shopping centre, and the Remarkables skifield access road, as well as being a short stroll to the lake and Queenstown trails.

It does not affect the unit view however as the work they do is carried out during standard New Zealand working hours and may cause some daytime noise in the surrounding area or partial road blockages. Sunrise is a lovely place to relax and take in the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. The sleeping options can be arranged to suit: For 2 people you can have either a King Size Bed or 2 Single Beds set up in the main bedroom. There is also an additional single bed that can be set up in the lounge if required for a 3rd person. Please let us know how you would like the beds set up at time of booking.
