Modern, stylish 1 bedroom apartment, excellent location, with stunning views of the lake and walking distance to town centre (10 minutes) 3 minute walk to the lake, 2 min from bus stops. ALSO SUITABLE IF YOU ARE NOT A COUPLE as the super comfy super king size bed can split into 2 single beds (SEE PHOTOS). It has a deck with views, stove,oven,dishwasher,microwave, fridge/freezer,sandwich press, washing machine,clothes dryer. There’s a Nespresso coffee machine, sorry coffee pods are not provided.

The studio features underfloor heating, a plush Queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, dining table and Netflix. Every window is a postcard. We are just 3km from the airport, Remarkables Park shopping centre, and the Remarkables skifield access road, as well as being a short stroll to the lake and Queenstown trails.

NOTE: A neighbouring house is under construction. It does not affect the unit view however as the work they do is carried out during standard New Zealand working hours and may cause some daytime noise in the surrounding area or partial road blockages. Our rates have already been adjusted to reflect this, and we appreciate your understanding as the area undergoes improvements. Please note that no further compensation not will be provided.

Lake Views On Sunrise Lane

Sunrise is a lovely place to relax and take in the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. The sleeping options can be arranged to suit: For 2 people you can have either a King Size Bed or 2 Single Beds set up in the main bedroom. There is also an additional single bed that can be set up in the lounge if required for a 3rd person. Please let us know how you would like the beds set up at time of booking.
