The apartment also includes one main balcony and a smaller secondary balcony. Wi-Fi is available, and the TV offers access to streaming services (guests must use their own accounts). The sofa in the living room can also be converted into a bed, making it a great option for children or an additional guest. Tourist tax applies in accordance with local regulations in Olhão: €2 per person per night (April–October) and €1 per person per night (November–March), up to a maximum of 5 nights. The total amount (up to €10 per person) is payable in cash at check-in or check-out, and a receipt will be provided.

The flat situated in the first floor in the centre of Fuseta has three bedrooms, a Residential dining room, a kitchen, a balcony and on the other side a big terrace. All windows are big and ground low-pressure area. The flat disposes of a garage parking lot in which normal small cars fit well in, big Caravans or coaches, however, not. Please note that for check-ins between 22 o clock an 24 o clock, an extra fee of 20€ will be charged.
