Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

La villa ha una piscina nuovissima e è pronta ad accogliere famiglie che vogliono trascorrere vacanze di relax in semplicità, godendosi un luogo meraviglioso, con vista mozzafiato.

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. Villino Stella

Favolosa casa singola all'interno di un giardino condiviso con altre due abitazioni. Villetta ben curata e servita da tutti i confort per un piacevole soggiorno in una delle zone più belle della Versilia. Location strategica poiché vicina al mare e al centro storico, facilmente raggiungibili entrambi ache a piedi e in bici , tramite la pista ciclabile di fronte all’abitazione stessa . Piscina ad uso condiviso con le altre due abitazioni.

Dimora La Limonaia. Casa singola con giardino.

Casa singola con splendido giardino e piscina fuori terra, situata nell'entroterra a 5 minuti da Forte dei Marmi e da Pietrasanta. La casa è tutta su un unico piano ed è composta da una sala con cucina, tavolo da pranzo, divano letto e tv, una camera matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia. Il giardino è interamente racchiuso da alte siepi che conferiscono privacy e riservatezza e anche un ottimo spazio per eventuali animali.

VILLA GIOMA - Rustico completamente ristrutturato

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Borgometato - Oliveta

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.

This charming country house (fully covered by blossoming wisterias in April) is part of an isolated olive farm surrounded by woods on the ridge of a hill. You'll enjoy a large private panoramic terrace and a 15m infinity pool with a spectacular view on the Val di Nievole. Ideal place for walking, biking and bird watching. Easy visit of the surroundings (13min. from the highway A11).
