We just finished renovating our beautiful and classic Santiago Centro apartment, paying meticulous attention to detail and fully modernizing the space. You can’t beat the downtown location, adjacent to the famous Teatro Municipal, and close to many historical sites, museums, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment has a great new kitchen with the latest appliances, new bathroom. The space is tastefully and comfortably furnished, providing for a restful and pleasant stay!
The living room and bedroom have lovely parquet floors and high ceilings. The space is open concept, with an archway dividing the two main rooms. The apartment has large windows, with views of trees, street lamps, and the venerable Teatro Municipal. In the bedroom is a comfortable queen sized bed, and in the living room a cosy sofa and 4K LED LG SmartTV. Off the living room is a small dining nook, which also does double-duty as a work space.
The equipped kitchen is fully renovated with granite countertops and modern new appliances. Here you will find a refrigerator/freezer, glass top stove, microwave oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
We also fully refurnished the bathroom, which is attached to the bedroom. It's a stylish space with a stand alone shower, sink, closet, and WC.
The apartment is on the, elevator-accessible, 2nd floor of the building. The building is 8 stories tall, and has only 4 apartments per floor. For easy check in, the apartment has a smart lock for entry with a code. A full time building superintendent lives on-site, and this person will open the lobby door when you first arrive. At check in, we also provide a key to the lobby door, for easy entry to the building..
The apartment is for exclusive use of our guests. The bedroom closet space and furniture storage is open for are guests’ convenience.

The apartment is in the Bellas Artes cultural area of downtown Santiago. Walk to iconic locations like the Teatro Municipal, cathedral, and the Plaza de Armas all surrounded by exceptional local cuisine and shopping. Within 10 minutes is the Lastarria arts and dining district with fantastic museums and great restaurants. Two blocks away is Santa Lucía Park, Santiago's beautifully landscaped, century old Beaux Arts park. A 10 minute walk to the top of the park offers great views of the city.
Access to the apartment is easy, as it is just 2 blocks from the Santa Lucía metro station, and Santiago’s Main Street, Avenida Alameda. While the building is on a pedestrian street, it is still easily accessible by car or taxi, with the lobby entrance just 20 meters from a side street.
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. When our apartment is available, it offers a central, comfortable, and convenient, place to relax and rewind.
