Relax on the front porch with serene views of pastures, wooded landscapes, and frequent deer sightings. Enjoy the quiet beauty of the countryside while staying just moments away from Ruston's attractions. When you arrive you will find a 1938 brick home set on a shady hill, a dedicated parking space and private entrance off of the screened in porch. We are the second driveway on the right. The property is surrounded by nature which gives the impression of being out in the country, when in fact, "civilization" is a mere 2 minutes away. Interstate I-20 is also just minutes away. The private bedroom's amenities include modern appliances and antiques that complement the look of the home.

Our comfortable cottage allows you to step right outside and be standing over beautiful Caney Lake. With beautiful views from the dock, best fishing in the state of Louisiana, you feel you are at a relaxing resort on the inside of this property. Tucked away in a quiet cove, this is a true relaxing fishing getaway for the entire family or a great guys weekend away. 1 Queen Bed in bedroom, 2 twin beds and 1 futon sofa that makes into a full bed in the main living area.

This one of a kind space is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within a few minutes of dining, shopping, ULM, Forsythe Park, and many attractions. You will enjoy your cozy 1 bedroom with flat screen TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney + and other streaming services) and you also have access to a quarter court indoor basketball court & shared indoor pool w retractable roof. The pool area and back patio have seating and feature access to a grill and fire pit.

My place is close to Grambling State University. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our apartment is located above a restaurant so it requires that you climb stairs and unfortunately it is not wheel chair accessible. We keep our place reasonably priced to attract folks that understand the value of a cozy home versus a hotel in the area.
