The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacious living room and terrace with a beautiful sea view. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Nearby the villa there are apartments primarily intended for family vacations, thus creating an atmosphere of harmony. Living space: 150 m2. Half of the house is for rent, i.e. the right side (looking from the sea). The owner lives on the left side. The pool and terraces are available exclusively to guests.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
