This beautiful newly renovated home is less than a mile from Historical downtown Clayton. It has a deck that wraps around the back of the house with private area. All new furniture throughout the house. Very comfortable new mattresses and bedding. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, laundry room with washer and dryer, flatscreen TV in the living room and one of the bedroomThere is local kayaking white water rafting and Scenic overlooks and waterfalls to hike to.

Visit North Georgia & the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains. Sunshine Cottage is like visiting your grandma's house. Plenty of books, games and a little of the past in this over 100-year-old home! Just a 14-minute walk, or 3-minute drive to downtown Clayton. Spend an evening on the screened in porch, play cards in the game room while listening to some music or enjoy breakfast with family in the kitchen. Affordable, cute, clean, close to everything!

Nestled in the woods, yet minutes to historic downtown Clayton! House is cute, quaint, & comfy! This is Not a tiny home. Sleeps four. We have a large deck and a fire pit. I love to sit outside with coffee in the morning to hear the birds sing and at night to watch the stars! Free WIFI for streaming on Smart TV. I offer Free Amazon Prime. Close by are many trails, waterfalls, rivers and lakes! Ask about my other two bedroom cottage (The Cozy Rose) also minutes to downtown Clayton.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

Stylishly updated and furnished house mere steps from all of the shopping and restaurants on Main Street. In addition to two bedrooms, there is a large loft area with upscale bunk beds, perfect for adults and kids alike! A circular drive provides parking for up to three vehicles. Relax in the den while watching the large screen TV, or listen to your playlist on our Sonos speakers.
