The Nook sits in the grounds of Downside House. It has been recently renovated to a high standard offering comfort, warmth and style. The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath, is a fabulous detached property. A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table & chairs. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

A peaceful cottage, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Avebury stone circle, Lacock, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.

Located 6 Miles from the historical city of Bath the Annexe is full of character both inside and out. Once you have finished your morning coffee sat in the private garden with a variety of wildlife including pheasants, finches, Owls, squirrels and the occasional wondering Deer, why not hit the public footpath situated 200 metres from the property to hone your bird watching or foraging skills. If relaxation is your preference we have a variety of books and games for you to enjoy.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. 400 year old self-contained cottage (built in 1590 according to the plaque on the wall) in Mells, one of the most unspoiled villages in the west. Lovely stone architecture, historic buildings, blissful countryside and 3 min walk from our awarding-winning village pub The Talbot Arms. Close to Bath, Wells, Glastonbury, Lacock (Potter fans) Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. Easy drive to Cotswolds, the Dorset coast, Wales and Wye Valley.
