Newly renovated home features all of the modern amenities families enjoy. A large island for entertaining, a dining table seating 8, large living room, a bright sunroom with plenty of seating, as well as a sun porch with a bistro table & chairs, outdoor seating, & 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs each has a queen size bed. The home is a minute's walk from our popular home decor boutique, Gray Apple Market. A 10 minute drive to downtown York & other popular destinations such as the York Fairgrounds.

Kitchen-340 sf attached to the suite seating 16+. You may also tent outside. 50 inch Smart TV. 2nd TV for DVD’s. Ping pong and fooseball inside. Strict $8/person/night over 5 people. The Conestoga Cottage (hot tub; close to city)

The Conestoga Cottage is a delightfully rustic, three-bedroom retreat nestled in the peaceful village of Safe Harbor, surrounded by beautiful acres of wild countryside and only 18 minutes from downtown Lancaster! The Cottage boasts a farmhouse style kitchen, a dining room filled with natural light, a large living room with a fireplace, three beautiful bedrooms, a front porch, a rear yard for the kids to play in, hot tub and private patio, as well as access to nearby trails and the river park.

Covered Bridge Cottage

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

Cozy Hollow: Family Friendly Getaway + Hot Tub

Our home at Cozy Hollow is the perfect place for a relaxing + peaceful stay with your friends and family. Three bedrooms and one bath will sleep six people comfortably. We have a well-equipped kitchen for your cooking needs and a relaxing and spacious living area, along with a laundry room. There is also an outdoor living space that includes a grill, patio, and hot tub. The sound of the spring-fed creek directly across the road makes nights around the campfire the best way to end your days.

Gunpowder Retreat

Unwind and relax with friends & family at this peaceful mid-century modern home. Nestled along the Gunpowder Falls State Park you can enjoy long summer days lounging in the pool under a canopy of trees or take an adventure along the hiking trails easily accessible from the back yard. Although there is no reason to leave this oasis, shopping and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away. Little Yellow House Marietta PA

Experience a part of early Marietta history in this 1807 "Yellow House" that was expanded and newly updated to offer the charm of its log home. TRAINS!!!!Across the street is a freight train line service. The trains are random at all hours. They are briefly loud. Otherwise this a lovely space situated along the Susquehanna. There are several restaurants close by. Close to Hershey and Lancaster Amish Country. Bike trail across the street. Cayaking on the Susquehanna River.

Proximity to the Gunpowder Falls for fishing or tubing, the NCR trail (less than .2 mile away) and endless roads to bike on make it a great escape.
