With private jetty for river access, enjoy a swim, kayak, SUP or to tie your boat to. Easy 1.2km walk into the town of Urunga and it's beautiful boardwalk. The house has a comfortable easy coastal living style. With a view often comes a steep block of land, as is the case here. If you have mobility issues this property could prove difficult.

You have your own entrance(which faces the ocean and headlands)and is peaceful and quiet. I am only a phone call/text away!

We live on the property but unless guest need us their stay will be totally private Bonville International Golf club 3 minute drive, 10 minute drive away from Sawtell where you can have dinner in the beautiful Main Street, 10 minute drive to Mylestom to have a picnic by the river, 10 minute drive to Coffs Harbour Airport, 12 minute drive to Coffs Harbour city centre, 15 minute drive to Bellingen

Everyone loves staying at our comfortable and stylish house, Januce, on the river. Januce is the perfect place to holiday or work from home. 2 Robert Street Lane is a self-contained dwelling only 50 metres from Bellingen's main street. Set in an established garden the cottage has a private entrance with key pad entry, high ceilings, air-conditioning and bi-fold doors leading onto a leafy deck area. Complete with all modern amenities including wi-fi and Netflix it is perfect for one to two adults. Breakfast supplies including muesli, porridge, milk & fresh fruit provided. This property is not suitable for infants or children.

The perfect place to relax and unwind there is a large wrap around verandah and undercover area with bbq facilities that allows comfortable outdoor living in all types of weather. There is a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials. A timber combustion heater will keep you warm in winter and air conditioning in two bedrooms and the living area will keep you cool in summer. The three bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All linen/towels are provided including beach towels.
