This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

Unit is 200 square feet plus loft and deck, behind the main house. Okay, well, it's a stream, but it's all yours to enjoy. For the nature lovers we have deer, beavers, ducks, nutria, fish, etc. (think wetlands). For everyone, the house (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, BBQ, hot tub central gas heat and central AC. This is a bright, clean and cozy space to land for folks who love the suburbs (not in the city city but we are close drive to the city center) but want to be surrounded by nature. With ambient noise from the creek and highway.

We are 7 minutes from the Nike Headquarters, 2 minutes from Columbia Sportswear Headquarters, and 15 minutes from Intel, making it a perfect stay for your business needs. We are within walking distance to a grocery store, pubs, small restaurants, and the Saturday Cedar Mill Farmers Market. Close by is the entrance to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks, with 80 miles of trails.

Our cozy-comfy 4 season yurt is nestled under majestic trees on a beautifully landscaped 1/3 acre. Located in a quiet, safe SW Portland neighborhood with a park, hike/bike trail a block away. We are 6 miles from downtown, with beaches, gorge and Mt. Hood accessible for day outings. There is a full kitchen, a natural gas fireplace and complete electrical and plumbing service. The guests full bathroom is located in the home's utility room a short lighted pathway walk from the yurt.
