Guests will enjoy a relaxing stay with a private balcony along with a newly remodeled kitchenette and bathroom. A park with paved walking trail is one block away.

The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

Rent a cabin at Buffalo Springs Lake

If you're looking to spend the weekend or even a week at our little oasis around Buffalo Springs Lake - then we have your space! Fishing, swimming, boating and all sorts of water activities. This is an apartment located behind our main house. Private. The apartment is separate from the main house, fully furnished and 200 yards from the lake. The lake marina offers water toy rentals and golfcart rentals. Gate fees do apply. See buffalospringslake.net for current gate fees.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.

Post, who was an American Pioneer in the food industry. Post Corn Flakes, Post Raisin ,Brand and many more. The Top Attractions of Post, OS Ranch Museum, Garza Historical Museum, Ragtown Theater, and Post Trade Days, this market place opens it's doors , second weekend of each month.

This centrally-located private back house offers easy access to Texas Tech and downtown Lubbock. This is a private country setting that is quiet. This trailer has it’s own separate entrance with a big concrete pad, table and chairs, with umbrella. It is 12 minutes from Texas Tech and 9 minutes from LCU. There is a full supermarket 6 minutes away. Convenience store 2 miles away. Levelland is 20 miles away and Shallowater is 8 miles away.
