Welcome to Casa Querencia — a beautifully designed Italian retreat in the medieval village of Colledimezzo, overlooking Il Lago di Bomba. This lovingly restored stone home offers something rare: panoramic lake and mountain views from every room. Blending historic charm with modern design, it features four sleeping spaces, a bright open layout, a new kitchen, a balcony, and a terrace for outdoor living , creating a space that feels stunning and deeply comfortable. This is precisely what we want to offer guests: a large and comfortable home without sacrifices. 350 meters from the railway station, 500 meters from the city center and 300 meters from the sea (Lungomare Nord-Cristoforo Colombo). Excellent sea view. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a large dedicated workspace. Unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking for special needs, in the case of no more than 2 guests, one bedroom will be closed.

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.
